Thank you for choosing to become a patient in our practice. Our goal is to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible. In order to help meet this goal, we have listed some helpful hints to benefit you as well as to help our practice operate as efficiently as possible.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our office is closed on all major holidays.
Billing and Insurance
If your insurance plan has a co-pay, please be prepared to pay at the time of each visit. We ask that you always make our business office aware of any changes in your home address, telephone numbers, and insurance as you sign in.
Important Information: We are not contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee's Blue Select plan or Network V plan.

We want to be responsive to your needs. If you need to speak with a physician or their nurse, please call during office hours unless you have an emergency, in which case our answering service will locate the physician on call for you. During office hours you may leave a message, and the physician or nurse will return your call as soon as possible before the end of the day.
Please ask your physician or nurse for your prescription refills at the time of your visit. We also provide voice mail for your refill requests. Requests received after 3:00 p.m. may be handled the next work day.
Lab Results and Test Results
If you have lab work or test results pending, it is not necessary for you to call our office unless you have been instructed to do so by your physician. Results will be mailed to you after they are reviewed by your physician. If the physician feels like it is necessary to speak with you about test results she or her nurse will contact you.
If you are to come in for lab work but do not need to see your physician, please call our office so that you can be placed on our lab schedule. Your physician's secretary will schedule this for you when you call ahead of the time that you are planning to come in for your lab tests.
If your insurance company requires a referral before your visit another physician, please request this referral in advance. The process of obtaining the authorization from your insurance company requires three working days.
