CHI Memorial Chattanooga Internal Medicine Group is a primary care physician practice with six board certified internal medicine physicians. Our providers emphasize disease prevention by focusing on treating the whole person and working with you to create an ideal picture of your health. Our goal is to provide comfortable, convenient and prompt care to help you get well and stay well. 

Sarah Baker, MD, Holley L. Davis, MD, Johannes DuPlooy, MD, Hannah Edwards, MD, Rachel Labovitz, MD, and R. Forrest Sowell, MD, treat patients age 16 and older. All of our physicians welcome new patients.

We’re conveniently located on the campus of CHI Memorial Hospital Chattanooga in CHI Memorial Plaza. Our office is especially convenient for those who live and work in downtown Chattanooga, Highway 58 and Brainerd areas.
