Welcome to Our Practice
Thank you for selecting CHI Memorial Pediatric Diagnostic Associates for your child's care. Our mission is to provide each patient with individualized care in a comfortable, convenient setting.
Our Staff
A highly qualified clinical staff of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and medical assistants work closely with our physicians to provide high quality care for each family in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
Laboratory personnel have been trained in procedures specific to the pediatric patient, and a laboratory in each office allows the results of routine tests to be reported during the office visit.
The clerical staff includes communication and medical record clerks, billing and coding specialists, insurance consultants, a customer service representative, and medical office receptionists, who contribute to the efficient operations and communication.
Appointments
In order to best meet our patient's needs, we require appointments for office visits. Operators are available at 7:30 a.m. each weekday to assist.
We believe that a child's primary care physician can provide superior care and strive to see our patients whenever needed for acute illness. We are open 362 days each year, closing only on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.
Pre-Natal Visits
We encourage expectant parents to schedule a pre-natal visit. It is such a delight to share in the journey of your child's life even before the actual arrival.
After-Hours Health Care Advice
Registered nurses with extensive pediatric experience will answer your questions after hours. They closely follow the advice of our pediatricians and protocols approved by the American Academy of Pediatrics. If needed, a doctor is always on call. Dial (423) 698-BABY(2229) for daytime and after-hours care.
Insurance and Billing
Our office cares for patients with private insurance or personal pay. We work closely with insurance carriers to expedite and ensure business transactions are completed accurately.
